4. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
   In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to return any retail goods purchased online within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
